By accepting the Terms & Conditions, the CLIENT acknowledges and agrees to the following:

a) All Arabonito vouchers are non-refundable. Each voucher will be valid starting 48 hours from the time of issuance and will have a validity of one (1) calendar year. Unused vouchers cannot be returned before, at or after expiration date.

b) Vouchers can only be used to purchase Arajet flights and ancillaries with no limitations on routes, dates, or fares of Arajet, and can only be redeemed on the ARAJET website (www.arajet.com).

c) The purchase of Arabonito vouchers does not exempt the holder from complying with Arajet’s conditions of carriage. The terms and conditions of carriage, fare rules (bundles, baggage, special passengers, fees and rates, etc.) published on The Airline website (www.arajet.com) will apply and will govern the relationship between ARAJET and the passenger who uses an Arabonito voucher to purchase, in part or in full, a flight or service from ARAJET.

d) Full payment for the Arabonito purchase must be received and confirmed by ARAJET before issuing Arabonito vouchers.

e) If the transaction record is found to be fraudulent, or is subject to any claim of illegality, rescission, avoidance, or offset for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation negligence, fraud, or dishonesty on the part of the customer, Arajet reserves the right to cancel the Gift Certificate and any flight or product purchased with the use of the Arabonito Gift Card.

f) The Client acknowledges and agrees that Arajet may from time to time modify the rates and prices of Arajet flights and ancillaries.

APPLICABLE LAW:

This agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic, and it is hereby irrevocably agreed and accepted that the Chamber of Conciliation and Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce and Production of Santo Domingo, will have exclusive competence to settle any claim, difference, or controversy, including without limitation claims for compensation or against claims arising out of or relating to such contract. Each party irrevocably waives any claim that the action has been instituted in a jurisdiction that does not apply or that the Chamber of Conciliation and Arbitration is not competent.

What happens if there is a remaining balance?

The Arabonito code can be used multiple times until there is no remaining value. However, the value expires after 1 year from the original issuance.

The recipient will receive an email with their Arabonito code and PIN. This means Arabonito is easy to search and find so that it is never lost.
