Cancel anytime up to 24 hours before your flight
Not able to travel? No problem. Cancel online in Manage My Booking or through our Contact Center — just make sure it’s more than 24 hours before your flight and you haven’t checked in.
Request your full refund
Once in Manage My Booking, scroll to the bottom, click Request Refund, and fill out the form to receive a full refund, including any extras you added like baggage or seats. Choose: A voucher (issued within 48 hours), or A refund to your original payment method (processed within 30 days)
