We offer the option to issue an invoice with a tax receipt. You can request it as soon as you receive your reservation confirmation, and it will be sent to the provided email once processed. Please consider the origin of your reservation.

DEFINITIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS
A tax invoice receipt is what is normally known as an invoice with fiscal validity (final invoice, electronic invoice, NCF). They can be requested each time a purchase of a good or service is made to report the expense involved.
You can request a digital tax invoice receipt from Arajet here for reservations in the following countries: Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru.
For other countries, the flight confirmation is equivalent to an invoice for tax reporting purposes.
At the time of requesting a tax invoice receipt, please consider the following:
A tax invoice receipt must be requested within the same month of purchase, and it can be requested as soon as you have the reservation number.
Requests for tax invoice receipts outside of the defined time limit will not be processed.
Arajet will deliver the tax invoice receipt to the email provided by the 5th business day after the request.
A tax invoice receipt can only be requested for issuance in the country of origin of the first route purchased. Tax receipts are not issued in the Dominican Republic for reservations whose flight origin is in a country other than the DR.
The information provided must be accurate, clear and cannot contain errors, since once the tax invoice receipt has been issued, it cannot be amended or changed by Arajet.
You must complete all fields in the web form, which varies based on the requested country.
A tax invoice receipt must be individually requested for each reservation made.
