If you wish to travel with an animal, here is some important information to help you prepare for your flight. We only accept cats or dogs on board our flights, and we do not transport animals as cargo or checked baggage. With us, animals must always travel with a human and in the cabin. A maximum of one (1) pet or emotional support animal per passenger is allowed on board, and up to two (2) trained assistance or service dogs. All animals must meet the required documentation standards, and the passenger is fully responsible for the animal’s behavior at all times. The airport, the animal health authority, and the airline reserve the right to deny boarding to any animal that is under 8 weeks old, is considered part of a dangerous, aggressive, or brachycephalic breed, lacks the required documentation at origin or destination, poses a risk to the comfort and safety of other passengers or crew, or does not meet the size requirements outlined in the section below. Important: On flights to or from the United States, only trained service dogs with the required documentation are accepted. Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted on these routes. For more information, please visit our Conditions of Carriage.

You may travel with one (1) cat or dog in the cabin (no other animals will be accepted) under the following conditions: Pets must travel in a soft-sided carrier, no larger than 15”x9”x7” / 40x25x20cm. The combined weight of the carrier and pet must be less than 10kg. No other type of carrier (handbag, hard-sided carrier or any other type) will be accepted. The pet must be able to stand and turn around in the container. At no time during travel may the pet be removed from the carrier. If, for reasons of inspection or validation by authorities it is necessary to remove the animal from the carrier, they must be restrained by a leash and dogs must be muzzled. Pets are carried in the cabin for a fee. For safety reasons we limit the number of animals onboard each flight, so we strongly recommend you add your pet to your Flight when making your Booking or as early as possible.

You may travel with one (1) cat or dog as an Emotional Support Animal in the cabin (no other animals will be accepted) under the following conditions: Your Emotional Support Animal must be able to fit on your lap (if the dog is smaller than a 2-year-old child) or fit within your foot space without blocking passage of any other passenger. You must provide supporting documentation from your physician justifying why you must travel with the emotional support animal; the certificate must include the signed letterhead of said professional and must not be older than one year before the date of the flight. Emotional Support Animals are carried in the cabin for a fee. For safety reasons we limit the number of animals onboard each flight, so we strongly recommend you add your pet to your Flight when making your Booking or as early as possible.

You may travel with two (2) trained Assistance or Service Dogs in the cabin (no other animals will be accepted) under the following conditions: Your Assistance / Service Dog(s) must be able to fit on your lap (if the dog is smaller than a 2-year-old child) or fit within your foot space without blocking passage of any other passenger. If your Assistance / Service Dog(s) is too large to fit in the seat(s) foot space you have purchased, you may purchase additional seat(s) to guarantee travel or wait for a flight that has sufficient empty seats available. Assistance / Service Dogs are carried in the cabin for no charge if you are able to present documented proof that the dog is an assistance or service animal. To avoid delays at the check-in we strongly recommend you add your Assistance / Rescue / Service Dog to your Flight when making your Booking. For travel to and from the US, it is mandatory to submit at airport check-in the DOT Service Animal Air Transportation Form found here: https://www.transportation.gov/individuals/aviation-consumer-protection/service-animals/Air_Transportation_Form. This form is compatible with the latest version of JAWS and NVDA screen readers, and it may be completed and signed on a desktop or mobile device using Adobe Acrobat Reader. For any animal entering the US, it is mandatory to submit the CDC Dog Import Form at the airport check-in. (https://www.cdc.gov/importation/dogs/dog-import-form-instructions.html)
