Delivery: You will receive the receipt at the email address provided within 24 to 48 hours.
When requesting an invoice with a tax receipt, please keep the following in mind:
Must be requested within the same month of purchase and as soon as you have the reservation number.
In the case of Groups and Series bookings, must be requested within the same month of the final payment, once the reservation has no pending balance.
Requests for tax receipts will not be processed outside the established time limit.
Can only be requested for issuance in the country of origin of the first flight in the itinerary. For example, in the Dominican Republic, tax receipts are not issued for reservations whose flight origin is in a country other than the Dominican Republic.
The information provided must be accurate, clear, and error-free. Once the tax invoice receipt is issued, it cannot be modified.
All fields of the web form must be completed, which vary depending on the country requested.
A tax invoice must be requested individually for each reservation made.
